Manuscript, in a single hand, of a summary of the estates of Hale House Farm; Cat Farm; and Oakwood Land Coppice in the Surrey parishes of Wootton Ockley and Abinger. Each page lists the names of the fields on each farm; the quantities of arable land; meadow land; and woodland, hedges, ditches, rows, gardens, yards, buildings, lanes, and water, as measured in acres, roods, and perches. In an "explanation," the manuscript makes reference to a corresponding map, not included in the volume.
